tahj tolbert
Tahj Tolbert, QB, Lanier led the Longhorns to their 1st region title and undefeated season last year. Tolbert has the ideal measureables for a QB standing at 6’5. Throwing for 1,570 yards and 19 touchdowns in 2014 Tahj is equipped with the intangible to compete anywhere in the country. Hauling in offers from FAMU, Buffalo, Norfolk State, and Valdosta State the 2015 season looks to be a promising one for the upcoming senior.

Brooks Britt, OL, Parkview is a hard nose well-rounded blocker. Britt has a good combination of strength and athleticism. He does a great job of blocking in open space when he pulls. As a first-year starter Brooks was a solid performer on a talented Parkview line that did a quality job of blocking for the Panther backfield.

Azaviar Kufour, WR, Central Gwinnett junior season was cut short due to injury he still hauled in 37 passes for 433 yards, and 2 touchdowns. Azaviar has soft hands and he knows how to get open. He also catches the ball well in traffic. He earned his 1st offer in Spring 2014 from Elon University. Kufour is back at 100% and ready to have the biggest season of his high school career.

Chris Skyers, DB, South Gwinnett was the leading tackler for the tenacious Comet defense in 2014 from the Free Safety position. Chris also got the job done in Special Teams blocking 2 punts in 1 game both resulting in touchdowns. Skyers is quick and he reads and reacts well. Going into his 3rd year as a starter expect Chris to be all over the field trying to get the comets in the Playoffs.

Denzel Wright, LB, Grayson is a hard hitting inside linebacker with good football instincts. He was one of the top tacklers in Gwinnett in 2014, and he led the Rams with 122 tackles. Wright was also solid in pass coverage picking off 2 passes his junior season. With Grayson losing key players on defense to graduation expect Wright to have another impressive season.
